We met a blind person (he could see just fine) at the house, and we were encouraged with the progress. Things are getting caulked, the carpet has been installed (it was an upgrade with a better pad that feels great). The outside and inside still need final paint, gutters are yet to be installed, the half door needs to be installed under the stairs and lots of other things. We DON'T have our 45 day notice yet but we're hoping this week to have it. With any luck, we'll close the first week in June.
