While the progress on the outside has slowed (it's been cold!), inside the air conditioning / heating system is just about installed. This week we expect the electrician to come in and start wiring while the trim folks continue their work on the outside AND hopefully, the roofers will be doing their thing. We're expecting significant rain this week so it would be good to have a pretty tight house by the end of the week.
